Zenshine Pharmaceuticals, located in Hangzhou, China, is a biotech company that focuses on discovery and development of novel therapeutics in the area of oncology.We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual that embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will lead biology and pharmacology studies to support drug discovery and development at Zenshine.
Main responsibilities:
- As a technical leader, work independently to execute multiple projects;
- Direct, design and execute activities/studies of biology and pharmacology to achieve company goals and maintain critical timelines;
- Critically analyze data, provided data summaries for senior management team, and recommend strategic and/or tactical adjustments based on the data when warranted.
- Participate on senior leadership teams to set company strategy and priorities.
- Interact with CROs and oversee studies outsourced to CROs.
Qualifications/Experience:
Requirements:
- PhD degree biology, pharmacology, immunology or other related disciple, plus 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in biology and pharmacology to support drug discovery and development in oncology.
- Experience of managing business with CROs is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational communication skills.
