Senior Manager Business Development

  • Representing business development function of Jubilant Biosys for Bay Area (North-West) market (Region).
  • Primarily the achievement of top line New business development targets across chemistry and biology service offerings. 
  • Lead generation, qualification and discussion of project opportunities based on needs from prospective customers. 
  • Proposal and pricing finalization in collaboration with internal stake-holders.
  • Managing and supporting existing business (Functional Chemistry, Early Stage development strategy, third party scouting and synthesis management, techno commercial support including client facing and BD support) by regular contact with customers to understand their experience and using this feedback to keep up with ongoing business.
  • Working towards forging ties with leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies in Discovery Portfolio, Biology (In Vitro and In vivo), Medicinal Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Informatics, Functional Chemistry and Scale-up synthesis
  • Participating in conferences / business meetings, social gatherings related to the industry on regular basis and promoting Jubilants services. 
  • Local and International travel required    



7 or more years of CRO sales experience.

Scientific background preferred.

Must have experience in working with cross cultural team.
