Description:
Develop highly sensitive, selective and reproducible methods for the analysis of small molecule drugs in various biological matrices
Independently plan, execute, analyze, and document experiments
Conduct trouble-shooting and instrument maintenance of LC/MS • Perform analytical and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic data analysis
Present and discuss data internally and externally, write reports
Work cohesively with a team of scientists and take on leading roles for specific projects
Qualifications/Experience:
Ph.D. degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related field with a minimum of 5 (scientist) or 8 (senior scientist) years related experience, may include post-doctoral experience Possess strong core competency in bioanalysis including in-depth knowledge and extensive hands on skills Experience in conducting method development and bioanalysis of small molecule with LC/MS/MS techniques. Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in conducting independent research in the DMPK field is desirable Experience and knowledge of GLP bioanalysis is a plus Ability to multitask and deliver results with high degree of attention to details to drive projects forward in a timely manner Organized, self-motivated, and proactive Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Experience in writing technical reports and scientific manuscripts.
