Spiral Therapeutics is a clinical stage startup company with a bold vision: to transform the field of otology by effectively delivering therapies to patients with hearing loss, a largely unmet and impactful clinical need.   Spiral is developing a pipeline of innovative solutions, combining traditional pharmaceutical approaches with drug delivery and medical device technology.

Our team is expanding and we’re looking for highly motivated, candid, collaborative individuals to help drive programs from ideation to clinical realization.  In this fast-paced environment there is an opportunity to wear multiple hats, routinely collaborate across functions, and most importantly impact the lives of patients.

Qualifications/Experience:

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline

  • 2-5 years of wet chemistry experience in research or product development

  • Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC and UV/VIS spectroscopy, preferably with method development experience.

  • Proficiency with evaluation of complex sets of data using spreadsheets. Additional computational skills is a plus.

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to plan and execute lab work independently. Good documentation skills.
